If you cannot receive
Holy Communion sacramentally,
an
ACT OF SPIRITUAL COMMUNION,
which is a source of grace, can be said while Holy Communion is being served. 

ACT OF SPIRITUAL COMMUNION PRAYER

My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.

I love you above all things and I desire to receive you in my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally,
Come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace you as if you were already there

And unite myself wholly to you. 

Never permit me to be separated from you.    Amen.

Mathew 26:26  While they were eating, Jesus took bread, said the blessing, broke it, and giving it to his disciples said, “Take and eat; this is my body."  Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed on behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins."
