Pray for Vocations

Loving and Generous God,
it is You who call us by name
and ask us to follow You.
Help us to grow in the Love
and Service of our Church
as we experience it today.

Give us the energy and courage
of Your Spirit to shape its future.
 

Grant us faith-filled leaders
who will embrace Christ's Mission
of love and justice.

Bless the Church of
St. Adalbert-St. Roch 
by raising up dedicated and generous leaders from our families and friends,
who will serve Your people as
Sisters, Priests, Brothers,
Deacons and Lay Ministers.

Inspire us to know You better
and open our hearts
to hear Your call.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Matthew 4:18-22 The Call of the First Disciples. As he was walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon who is called Peter, and his brother Andrew, casting a net into the sea; they were fishermen. He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men.” At once they left their nets and followed him. He walked along from there and saw two other brothers, James, the son of Zebedee, and his brother John. They were in a boat, with their father Zebedee, mending their nets. He called them, and immediately they left their boat and their father and followed him.
